Life is a bowl of cherries. Some cherries are rotten while others are good; it’s your job to throw out the rotten ones and forget about them while you enjoy eating the ones that are good!
There are two kinds of people: those who choose to throw out the good cherries and wallow in all the rotten ones, and those who choose to throw out all the rotten ones and savor all the good ones. C. JoyBell C.

Help other people – “Helping people who are often in situations worse than yours will help you put your problems into perspective,” says Professor Cooper. “The more you give, the more resilient and happy you feel.”
Positive Self-talk – Challenge the accuracy of your thoughts. Replace the negative or unhelpful aspects of your thinking, with more reasonable and helpful thoughts.

Don’t try to control the uncontrollable – Don’t waste your focus on things you can’t control. Focus on important aspects of your life that are under your control, such as the way you choose to react to problems.
Meditation – Meditation can help relieve anxiety and depression.
Get a service dog for your anxiety – Pets offer unconditional love and acceptance . Having a pet can help treat anxiety or depression, or simply brighten your day.
Conclusion: Life seems to be a process of replacing one anxiety with another and substituting one desire for another–which is not to say that we should never strive to overcome any of our anxieties or fulfil any of our desires, but rather to suggest that we should perhaps build into our strivings an awareness of the way our goals promise us a respite and a resolution that they cannot, by definition, deliver.
